Creighton, MO - Three Hospitalized Following Wreck on MO-50
Creighton, MO (October 24, 2020) - A two-car injury accident in the city of Creighton resulted in injuries to three people on Saturday, October 24th at about 1:45 p.m.
As reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2018 Honda Accord was heading eastbound along MO-50 when a 1995 Chevrolet 1500 that was traveling northbound on 1601 Road failed to yield the right-of-way at the intersection. Despite its attempts to slow down, the Honda collided with the Chevrolet. The force of the impact caused both vehicles to crash into a roadside sign and end up in the median.
The occupants of the Honda, two men in their 20s, and the driver of the Chevrolet, an 18-year-old female, were all transported to Western Missouri Medical Center for emergency medical treatment of their injuries, all of which were classified as non-life-threatening.
This accident is under investigation by local law enforcement.
