Kansas City, MO (November 8, 2021) – One man was left with moderate injuries following a four-vehicle crash in Clay County on Saturday afternoon, November 6. At around 1:30 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 435.
Reports from authorities show that a 2019 Volvo Conventional was traveling south on Interstate 435 with a 2017 Chevrolet Express, a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, and a 2008 Cadillac CTS.
The Malibu and Cadillac both began to slow down and come to a stop near mile marker 56. For unknown reasons, the Volvo and the Express became involved in a collision. The impact of the crash caused the Express to crash into the Malibu. The Malibu then crashed into the Cadillac.
57-year-old Bahadur Shergill sustained injuries as a result of the accident.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
Our thoughts are with Bahadur Shergill at this time. We hope for his full recovery.
