Lincoln, MO (November 28, 2021) – An auto accident reported in the Lincoln area ended in injuries, according to reports. At around 2:20 p.m., on November 26, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Missouri State Route 47.
Reports from authorities show that a 2019 Jeep Renegade and a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado collided on Missouri State Route 47 in the area near Wingate Drive. The crash left both vehicles totaled, requiring them to be towed from the scene.
The drivers of both vehicles were injured. 20-year-old Jersey Scremmer was transported to Mercy Hospital in Lincoln for the treatment of injuries while 35-year-old Thomas Basteller was transported to SSM Health St Joseph Hospital Lake St Louis.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
