O’Fallon, MO (October 21, 2021) – A total of four people were hospitalized following a motor vehicle accident in O’Fallon on Sunday morning, October 17.
At around 10 a.m., authorities show that a police squad car occupied by one officer was involved in a collision with a van at the intersection of Highway K and Cristina Marie Drive.
The incident blocked the roadway, prompting crews to close off the scene as they worked to remove vehicles and debris.
The officer and three children inside the van were all injured. All four victims were transported to area hospitals for care.
