Vienna, MO (October 25, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in Maries County ended in injuries, according to reports. Just before 7 p.m., on October 23, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was requested on-site at a crash on Highway 63.
Reports from authorities show that a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier, driven by 68-year-old Earlene Hoffman, was traveling through the area of Highway 63 and Highway A when her vehicle struck a deer. The impact of the crash caused the Chevrolet to collide with a 1999 Honda Accord, driven by 19-year-old Jayden Jaeger.
The crash then sent the Chevrolet across the center line where it crashed into a 2011 Ford Fusion, driven by 21-year-old William Morgan. The Ford then crashed into a 2015 Jeep Latitude, driven by 49-year-old Ross Bush.
Jaeger sustained injuries in the accident. He was transported to Phelps Health in Rolla for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
