Sedalia, MO – Crash with Two Chevrolets on Highway 50 near S Marshall Ave Leaves Man Injured

Sedalia, MO (August 3, 2022) – Authorities were called to provide assistance at the scene of a motor vehicle accident in Pettis County that left one man injured. Just after 840 p.m., on August 2, calls for assistance came in regarding a crash that occurred on Highway 50.

Reports provided by Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2008 Chevrolet Uplander collided with a 2012 Chevrolet traverse at the intersection of Highway 50 and South Marshall Avenue. The two vehicles collided head-on, leaving both vehicles totaled.

The passenger inside of the Uplander, 66-year-old Richard Watson, was injured in the crash. Watson was transported to Bothwell hospital by EMS where he underwent further treatment and evaluation.

The crash is under investigation at this time by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
