Car Accidents in Missouri

Jefferson, MO – One Injured in Two-Vehicle Wreck on MO-141 near Old Missouri State RdEach year, car crashes in the state of Missouri leave thousands of people with injuries. There are many instances where people suffer serious injuries as a result of rear-end collisions.

Rear-end accidents are often caused by inattention. When drivers are not paying attention to the road ahead, they may not see the car in front of them brakes, and may collide with the back of that car. This type of accident can be especially dangerous if the driver who rear-ended the other car was going fast, as this can cause significant damage to both vehicles and injuries to those inside.

There are a few things that drivers can do to avoid rear-end accidents caused by inattention. First, it is important to always be aware of your surroundings when driving. Pay attention to the cars around you, and be sure to leave enough space between your car and the one in front of you. If you see the car ahead of you start to brake, slow down as well so that you don’t rear-end them. Finally, avoid distractions while driving so that you can stay focused on the road ahead.

If you’ve been injured as a result of a rear-end collision, you may have legal options available to help me move forward. A Jefferson car accident lawyer will be able to fight for fair compensation on your behalf.
