Lafayette Co., MO – Kaylee Davis and Penny Shumaker Injured in Crash on Route FF near Greenton Rd

Lafayette Co., MO (December 3, 2022) – A traffic accident took place in Lafayette County that left two people with significant injuries on December 2, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a crashing Missouri State Route FF.

According to law enforcement, at around 8:04 a.m., the driver of a 2005 Ford F150 pickup truck turned onto Highway FF from greens and road. The driver failed to yield the right-of-way to a 1991 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck, resulting in both vehicles colliding with one another. Both vehicles were totaled in the crash.

Two people suffered significant injuries. EMS treated 36-year-old Kaylee Davis and 57-year-old Penny Shumaker at the scene. Both victims were then transported to Centerpoint Medical Center, where they underwent further treatment.

Missouri State Highway Patrol is actively investigating.
