Carthage, MO (January 2, 2022) – One woman was left injured following a two-vehicle crash in Jasper County on Saturday evening, January 1. At around 4:20 p.m., authorities were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on County Road 130.
Reports from authorities show that a 2012 Honda Civic and a 2017 Jeep Renegade collided on County Road 130 just two miles north of Carthage. The crash left both vehicles totaled, requiring them to be towed from the scene.
The driver of the Jeep, 25-year-old Kelli Kyte, sustained injuries in the accident. She was transported by ambulance to Mercy Carthage for care.
At this time, the Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
