Unionville, MO (July 26, 2022) – A vehicle collision reported in the Unionville area ended in injuries. Just before 7:15 a.m., on July 25, the Missouri State Highway Patrol received a notification that a crash took place on 290th Road.
Reports indicate that a 1998 Pontiac Sunfire and a 2001 Ford F150 collided on 290th Road just one-half of a mile north of Highway F. Two tow trucks were requested at the scene to remove the vehicles from the roadway.
Two people involved in the crash suffered injuries. The victims were identified as 21-year-old Jack Rogers and 37-year-old David Coyle. Rogers was transported by Putnam County ambulance to Putnam County Hospital. He was then LifeFlighted to Mercy One Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, for further care.
The crash is under investigation at this time.
