St Charles, MO (June 16, 2022) – a vehicle collision reported in St. Charles sent one woman to a local hospital with injuries. At around 4:10 a.m., on June 12, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to an automobile accident that took place on Interstate 70.
Reports provided by authorities show that a 2006 Chevrolet Impala and a second vehicle collided on Interstate 70 just west of mid Rivers Mall Drive. The crash left the Chevrolet totaled, requiring it to be towed from the scene.
The driver of the Chevrolet, 57-year-old Dawn Reeves, sustained injuries as a result of the accident. Reeves was transported to SSM Health St Joseph Hospital Lake St Louis by St. Charles County ambulance for emergency medical attention.
