Kansas City, MO (March 2, 2022) – One man was left injured as a result of an auto accident in Clay County. At around 9 a.m., on March 1, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an auto accident on Interstate 29.
Reports from local authorities show that a collision involving a 2016 Volvo VNL, a 2016 Kenworth, and a third unknown vehicle occurred on the northbound side of Interstate 29 just south of North Oak Trafficway.
The driver of the Volvo, 56-year-old David Antonson, sustained injuries as a result of the accident. Antonson was transported by Kansas City Fire-EMS to North Kansas City Hospital for emergency medical care.
At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
