St Louis, MO (March 28, 2022) – One woman was transported to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries following an auto accident in St Louis on Saturday morning, March 26.
At around 10:50 a.m., authorities were called to the site of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 170.
Reports provided by the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2013 Toyota Yaris and a 2012 Honda Odyssey were involved in an accident on the northbound side of Interstate 170 just south of Natural Bridge Road. The incident caused delays in the area as crews worked to clear the scene.
The driver of the Yaris, 73-year-old Carol Henderson, sustained injuries in the crash. She was rushed by Northeast Fire Protection District to SSM Health St Mary’s Hospital for emergency medical care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
