Patton, MO (May 13, 2022) – A traffic-related incident reported in Bollinger County has claimed one man’s life. At around 2:35 p.m., on May 10, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Missouri State Route 51.
Reports from local authorities show that a 2013 Ford CMAX was involved in a collision with a Daihatsu Truck while traveling on Missouri State Route 51 just five miles south of Patton.
The driver of the truck, 85-year-old Joe Miinch, sustained severe injuries in the crash. He was transported by Air Evac to Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville, Missouri for treatment. However, he passed away after arriving.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
