Camden, MO (November 17, 2022) – A vehicle crash took place in Camden County on Wednesday evening, November 16, that sent several people to area hospitals with severe injuries. Calls regarding a traffic accident on Black Road came in at around 9 p.m.
According to reports provided by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2006 Jaguar XJ was involved in a collision on Black Road near Camp Rising Sun Road. The impact of the collision sent the vehicle off the roadway, where it struck a tree. The Jaguar was totaled in the crash.
Four people suffered significant injuries in the accident victims, identified as 18-year-old Gavyen Lage, 19-year-old Drew Weber, 20-year-old Corbin Self, and 21-year-old Daetin Widener, were all transported to Lake Regional Hospital, where they underwent emergency care.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash at this time.
