Jefferson, MO (November 14, 2022) – One man was hospitalized as a result of a traffic accident that took place in Jefferson County on Sunday evening, November 13. Calls for help were received by dispatchers at around 5:55 p.m. regarding a crash that required assistance.
According to reports, a 2010 Cadillac CTS was traveling southbound on US 67 when he struck a pedestrian just north of Oakdale Road. The pedestrian suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash.
The pedestrian, 38-year-old Dustin Short of Columbia, Missouri, was transported to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, where he underwent emergency treatment.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol is actively investigating the crash.
