Regrettably, tens of thousands of people in our state are left with severe injuries as a result of collisions every single year. In many cases, people are harmed as a result of crashes caused by negligence. This is particularly true in cases where people are involved in rear-end collisions.

There are many common causes of rear-end accidents, but the most common cause is driver error. rear-end accidents are often caused by drivers who are not paying attention to the road or who are following too closely to the car in front of them. It is crucial that drivers pay attention to the road and leave enough space between their vehicles and the car in front of them so that they can stop if necessary.

Another common cause of rear-end accidents is inclement weather. If it is raining or snowing, visibility can be reduced, making it more difficult for drivers to see what is ahead of them.
