| On February 12th, 2008, all Fentanyl 25-microgram-per-hour patches that expire on or before December 2009 sold in the U.S. were recalled by Johnson & Johnson. Those who come in contact with the leaking patch may have difficulty breathing or could become victims of a fatal overdose. If you or a loved one has been in contact with a defective recalled Fentanyl Pain Patch you may be entitled to compensation. For a free case evaluation, click here. |
