The accident took place at about 4:30 p.m. on Worley Street, in the area of Providence Road.
According to Boone County Joint Communications, there were two women in the house when the crash occurred, one of whom was trapped under the truck for several minutes. She was transported by paramedics to a local hospital in critical condition.
The other resident and the truck driver were also taken to a hospital with injuries believed to be non-critical.
The cause of the crash has not been determined.
