Kevin Young
Mr. Young is a Southwest Missouri native from Marshfield who served in the Marines for six years before going to law school. Mr. Young received a bachelor’s degree in history from Drury University in Springfield Missouri and his Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Kevin Young was a senior editor of the Regent Journal for Law and Public Policy and served as the Legal Research and Writing Coordinator for the Regent University Moot Court Board.
After law school, Mr. Young joined the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office where he served as a Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. Mr. Young prosecuted felony property cases and white-collar crime cases and later worked in the Major Crimes Unit where he prosecuted serious drug cases. Mr. Young has litigated personal injury cases exclusively since 2016 and has tried many civil and criminal jury trials. Mr. Young is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice and has participated as a guest lecturer at Drury University on the subject of torts and animal law.
Mr. Young lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his wife, Olivia, and two children.
