Centerview, MO (December 10, 2021) – One man was left with moderate injuries following an auto accident in Johnson County on Wednesday evening. At around 10:30 p.m., on December 8, calls for assistance came in surrounding a crash on US Highway 50.
Reports from authorities show that a 1985 Chevrolet and a second vehicle collided on the eastbound side of US Highway 50 just east of Northwest 671 Road. The crash left the Chrysler totaled, requiring it to be towed from the scene.
The driver of the Chrysler, 39-year-old Ronald Proehl, sustained moderate injuries in the crash. He was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
