Clark, MO (December 31, 2021) – Two people were transported to Moberly Regional Medical Center for the treatment of injuries following an auto accident on US Highway 63.

Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a collision involving a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer occurred on US Highway 63 in the area just two miles north of Clark. The impact of the crash caused the vehicle to go off the right side of the road where it struck a guard rail.

Two passengers in the vehicle were injured. EMS transported 44-year-old Kimberly Petre and 47-year-old Sheryl Kitchen to area hospitals for care.

At this time, the MSHP is investigating to determine the cause of the crash.

Our thoughts are with Kimberly Petre and Sheryl Kitchen at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
