Crane, MO (December 16, 2021) – A young teen was left injured following a motor vehicle accident in the Crane area on Tuesday evening, December 14. At around 4:40 p.m., authorities responded to the scene of a crash on Missouri State Highway 265.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol indicate that a 13-year-old male was riding his bicycle on State Highway 265 when he was struck by a 2018 Ford Explorer.
The bicyclist sustained injuries in the accident. He was airlifted to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for care.
