Crocker, MO (December 17, 2021) – One man was left with injuries as a result of a truck accident in Pulaski County. At around 7:38 a.m., on December 16, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Highway 133.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a head-on collision between a 2012 Dodge Ram and a 2021 Peterbilt occurred on Highway 133 just 3.5 miles east of Crocker.
The incident resulted in injuries. EMS transported 28-year-old Lance Baker to Phelps Health for the treatment of moderate injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
