Jackson, MO (December 15, 2021) – One woman sustained injuries as a result of a three-vehicle collision in Jackson on December 8, according to reports. At around 5:25 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol was notified that a crash took place on Interstate 470 that required assistance.
Reports from MSHP show that a 2016 Kenworth crashed into the rear of a 2014 Ford Explorer on the northbound side of Interstate 270 just north of Northeast Woods Chapel Road. The impact of the crash forced the Ford into the rear of a 2020 Honda Ridgeline.
The driver of the Ford, 40-year-old Holly Pesce, sustained injuries in the accident. She was transported to Centerpoint for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
