Jasper, MO (December 23, 2021) – Two people were transported to area hospitals with injuries following a motor vehicle accident in Jasper County. At around 6:15 p.m., on December 20, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Highway 43.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2021 Hyundai Accent and a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country collided on the northbound side of Highway 43 in the area near Route M. The crash left both vehicles totaled.
Both drivers were injured in the accident. EMS transported 20-year-old Katlyn Christiansen and 35-year-old Ralph Moyer to Freeman West Hospital for care.
At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
