Jefferson, MO (December 24, 2021) – Authorities were requested on-site at a motor vehicle accident in the Jefferson area that ended in injuries. At around 7:32 p.m., on December 23, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Route A.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado failed to yield the right of way to a 2004 Honda Civic while making a left turn onto Route Z. As a result, the two vehicles collided.
The driver of the Honda, 50-year-old Natasha Benton, was injured in this accident. She was transported to Mercy Hospital Jefferson for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
