Kansas City, MO (December 18, 2021) – One woman was left with injuries following a traffic-related incident in Clay County. At around 8:35 p.m., on December 16, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 35.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2003 Mercury and a 2016 Kenworth collided on Interstate 35 near Antioch during the evening hours.
The crash resulted in injuries. A female victim, identified as 22-year-old McKayla Archambeau, was transported to North Kansas City Hospital for the treatment of moderate injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
