Springfield, MO (December 29, 2021) – One man was transported to a local hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle collision in Greene County. At around 10:30 p.m., on December 27, calls for assistance came in surrounding a crash on South Cox Avenue.
Reports from authorities show that a 2010 Ford Fusion was traveling on the roadway with no headlights on. As a 2021 Toyota Corolla turned into the pathway of the vehicle, the Ford crashed into the Toyota.
The driver of the Toyota, 80-year-old Jerry Ebbs, was transported to Mercy Hospital for the treatment of injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
