St Charles, MO (December 1, 2021) – One man has been left with injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in St Charles on Tuesday evening, November 29. At around 5 p.m., authorities were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 70.
Reports from authorities show that a 2014 Dodge Avenger and a 2013 Ford Fusion were both stopped on the westbound Interstate 70 exit ramp. As the Dodge pulled forward near TR Hughes Boulevard, it crashed into the rear of the Ford.
The driver of the Ford, 68-year-old Dennis Tinsman, sustained injuries in the accident. He was transported to SSM Health St Joseph Lake St Louis for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
