St Louis, MO (December 25, 2021) – One man has lost his life following a motor vehicle accident in the St Louis area on Friday evening, December 24. At around 11:35 p.m., authorities were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 70.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300, 2019 Dodge Journey, and a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado were all involved in a crash on Interstate 70 just west of North Lindberg Boulevard.
The driver of the Kawasaki, 18-year-old Cesar Estrada-Lopez, sustained severe injuries in the accident. He was rushed to SSM Health Depaul Hospital where he died from his injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
