St Louis, MO (December 8, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in the St Louis area left one woman seriously injured. At around 9 a.m., on December 7, authorities were notified that a crash took place on Interstate 64 that required assistance.
Reports from authorities show that a 2019 Kia Forte and a 2009 Mazda CX9 were both traveling west on Interstate 64. For unknown reasons, the two vehicles collided near mile marker 24.
The driver of the Mazda, 32-year-old Sherreece McIntyre, sustained serious injuries in the accident. She was transported to Mercy Hospital in St Louis for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
