West Peculiar Township, MO (December 17, 2021) – An auto accident reported in Cass County left one woman injured. At around 4:20 p.m., on December 15, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 49.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2020 Ford Eco Sport was traveling north on Interstate 49 when it became involved in a crash with a second vehicle near Peculiar Way.
The crash left the driver of the Ford injured. The victim, 42-year-old Layla Holland, was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for care.
