West Plains, MO (December 21, 2021) – An auto accident reported in Howell County left one man injured, according to reports. At around 5:30 p.m., on December 20, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Highway 63.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze was traveling on Highway 63 when it attempted to change lanes and crashed into a 2007 Toyota Rav4.
The driver of the Toyota, 79-year-old Kenneth Lewis, was injured in the accident. He was transported to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
