Buffalo, MO - Driver Hits, Kills Dorcey Folsom on MO-32
Buffalo, MO (July 05, 2021) - A man died after he was struck by a car on Sunday, July 5th in Dallas County. Local sources reported that Dorcey Folsom, 39, a resident of Buffalo, was hit by a car on State Highway 32, just outside of Buffalo.
The accident occurred at about 10:35 p.m. when the car was driving eastbound on MO-32 and struck Folsom, who was jogging on the eastbound side of the road. Emergency crews responded to the scene where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
