Jasper, MO (July 29, 2021) – One man sustained injuries during a two-car accident on Wednesday, July 27th at about 8:20 a.m. in Lawrence County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash took place on Missouri Highway 96 at the intersection of Missouri Highway 39, just outside of Miller.
Reports show that 20-year-old Jadeon T. Deal, a resident of Jasper, was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Mercy Hospital Springfield with injuries believed to be non-critical.
An initial investigation was able to determine that Deal was traveling eastbound when his car and a southbound pick-up truck driven by 30-year-old Corey L. Stockton, a resident of Miller, collided with one another as Stockton was attempting to cross Missouri Highway 96.
No report has been issued on Stockton’s post-crash condition.
