Purdy, MO (March 16, 2021) – A 16-year-old boy sustained injuries during a two-vehicle crash on Monday, March 15th in Purdy.
Reports show that at about 1:00 p.m. in the eastbound lane of Missouri Highway 37 in Barry County.
The boy was a passenger in a minivan being driven by another 16-year-old boy, also from Purdy. When the driver failed to yield the right of way to a northbound tractor-trailer being driven by 52-year-old Jeffrey Dragoo, a resident of Neosho, it caused the two vehicles to collide.
The teen passenger was transported to Cox Monett Hospital for emergency medical treatment. His current condition is unknown.
