Warsaw, MO - Charles L. Stranathan Killed in Two-Car Collision at MO-7 and Commercial St
Warsaw, MO (March 02, 2021) - On Tuesday, March 2nd, a collision between two vehicles on State Highway 7 led to the death of a passenger.
Sources reported that at about 10:15 a.m., a 2019 Ford F350 pick-up truck driven by a 57-year-old female from Warsaw began making a lefthand turn onto Commercial Street when it was struck by a 2014 Toyota Camry driven by a 30-year-old female from Lincoln.
The passenger in the Camry, 79-year-old Charles L. Stranathan, a resident of Warsaw, was pronounced dead at the scene. The body was taken to Reser Funeral Home.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Warsaw Police Department, and Benton County Sheriff’s Department all assisted at the scene.
