Bloomfield, MO (November 14, 2021) – A crash reported in Stoddard County took one man’s life on Friday evening, November 12. At around 4:45 p.m., authorities were notified that a crash took place on Highway 25.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2019 Ford F-750 was traveling in the area of Highway 25 and Griffin Road when it collided with a 2002 Ford Focus.
The driver of the Ford Focus, 61-year-old Alice Wimberly, was transported to Saint Francis Medical Center for care. A 13-year-old female passenger in the Focus was transported to St. Louis Children’s Hospital for care.
A second passenger in the Focus, 44-year-old Roy Bell, sustained severe injuries. He was rushed to Southeast Health of Stoddard County where he later passed away from his injuries.
