Cole, MO (November 27, 2021) – Three people were left with injuries following a motor vehicle accident in Cole County on Thursday evening, November 25. At around 7:35 p.m., authorities were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Route B.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a collision between a 2018 Dodge Ram and a 2002 Ford Taurus occurred on Route B near Asbury Way during the evening hours.
Three people inside the Ford were injured. A 1-year-old female and 42-year-old Ashlee Stone, were both transported to University Hospital in Columbia via ambulance for care. A third victim, Alex Bax, was airlifted to University Hospital in Columbia with serious injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
