House Springs, MO – Three Injured in Accident on Old Highway 21 near Connors Rd
House Springs, MO (November 2, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Jefferson County sent three people to area hospitals with injuries. At around 3 p.m., on November 1, emergency crews were notified that an accident took place on Old Highway 21 that required assistance.
Reports from Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a collision between a John Deere 410G Backhoe and a 2007 Jeep Liberty occurred on the southbound side of Old Highway 21 in the area of Connors Road.
The incident blocked the roadway, causing moderate delays in traffic.
The driver of the John Deere, 37-year-old Mark Vessell, the driver of the Jeep, 38-year-old Amanda Irle, and her passenger, 39-year-old William Crass, were all injured in the accident. All three victims were transported to Mercy Hospital south via Rock Township Ambulance District.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
