Joplin, MO (November 26, 2021) – One person was left with injuries following a motor vehicle accident just south of Joplin on Monday evening, November 22. At around 9:45 p.m., authorities were called to the site of a crash on Missouri State Route 43.
Reports from authorities show that a vehicle was traveling on Missouri State Route 43 when it struck 41-year-old Howard Stump just one mile south of Joplin.
Stump sustained serious injuries in the accident. He was transported to Freeman West for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
