Lebanon, MO (December 2, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Laclede County ended in injuries. At around 6:13 p.m., on November 28, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a crash on Missouri State Route 5.
Reports from authorities show that a 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 rear-ended a 2017 Honda HR-V on Missouri State Highway 5 just five miles north of Lebanon. The impact of the crash caused the Honda to strike a Ford Mustang. The Mustang then crashed into the rear of a 2006 Nissan Altima. The Altima then struck a second Nissan.
The driver of the Dodge, Colton Branstetter, was transported to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon with minor injuries. The driver of the Honda, 26-year-old Chelsea Tatlow, was rushed to Lake Regional Medical Center in Lake Ozark, Missouri for the treatment of serious injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
Our thoughts are with Chelsea Tatlow and Colton Branstetter at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
