Lyon Township, MO (November 7, 2021) – A man and woman were both left with injuries as a result of a two-vehicle collision in Franklin County on Friday evening, November 5. At around 4:30 p.m., emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on US Highway 50.
Reports from authorities show that 43-year-old Stephanie Pracht was driving a 2011 GMC Yukon near the intersection of US Highway 50 and Old Highway 50. For unknown reasons, her vehicle collided with a 1995 Dodge 1500 pickup truck, which was driven by 47-year-old John Studdard.
Pracht sustained minor injuries in the collision with Studdard suffered serious injuries. Both victims were transported to Mercy Hospital Washington for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
