Car crashes throughout the state of Missouri send thousands of people to area hospitals with injuries. Although some of these collisions are unavoidable, we continue to see numerous people sustain life-changing injuries as a result of the negligent or reckless actions of others. The chances of suffering catastrophic injuries are greatly increased in collisions involving speeding vehicles, motorcycles, pedestrians, and semi-trucks. However, it is crucial to understand that various factors come into play when it comes to determining the severity of an injury a victim is likely to sustain.
People involved in collisions are often forced to spend tens of thousands of dollars on medical treatment and vehicle repairs while going without wages from work.
