Springfield, MO (November 3, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in the Springfield area sent two people to area hospitals with injuries on Tuesday afternoon, November 2.
Just after 12:45 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol was notified that an accident took place on Missouri State Highway 360.
Reports from MSHP Cpl. K.D. Walters show that a rear-end collision between a 2020 Ford Escape and a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country occurred on Missouri State Highway 360 just one-half mile west of Republic.
Two people involved in the accident were injured. The victims were identified as the driver of the Ford, 57-year-old Edith Marlow, and a passenger in the Chrysler, 52-year-old Ronda Worley.
Worley was transported to Cox South of Springfield for care while Marlow was transported to Mercy Springfield. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
