Springfield, MO (November 22, 2021) – Authorities were requested on-site at a crash in Greene County that ended in injuries. At around 6:46 p.m., on November 19, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Route H.
Reports from authorities show that a 2020 Honda CRV and a 2005 Dodge Stratus collided on Route H just 1.7 miles north of Springfield after the driver of the Dodge attempted to avoid striking a deer.
Three people involved in the crash were injured. 49-year-old Heather Salley, 50-year-old Melissa Bagwell, and 55-year-old Jerry Salley were all transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
