St Louis, MO (November 30, 2021) – One person was left injured as a result of a traffic-related incident in the St Louis area on Sunday evening. At around 4:45 p.m., on November 28, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Interstate 270.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that 28-year-old Kaleigh Johnon was driving a 2010 Honda Accord on Interstate 270. As their vehicle slowed near mile marker 29.6, it was struck by a 2019 BMW X3, driven by 30-year-old Alyssa Williams.
Johnon sustained injuries in the accident. The victim was transported by ambulance to SSM Health Depaul Hospital for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
