St Louis, MO (November 27, 2021) – One woman was hospitalized as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the St. Louis area on Thursday morning, November 25. At around 3:30 a.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol was requested on-site at a crash on Interstate 70.
Reports from MSHP show that a collision between a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu and a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer occurred on Interstate 70 just east of Interstate 170 during the early morning hours.
The driver of the Chevrolet, 37-year-old Kayla Molina, sustained injuries in the accident. She was transported to SSM Health Depaul Hospital for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
