Theodosia, MO (November 22, 2021) – An auto accident reported in Ozark County left three people injured. Just before 4 a.m., on November 20, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Highway P.
Reports from authorities show that a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo and a 2004 GMC Sierra pickup truck collided head-on on Highway P just four miles southwest of Theodosia.
The crash left both vehicles totaled, requiring them to be towed from the scene.
Three people involved in the crash were injured. 31-year-old Dustin Perry was transported to Cox South Hospital in Springfield by ambulance for care. Two other victims, 37-year-old Michelle Wilcox and 47-year-old Orval Merriman sought their own medical care at an unknown hospital.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
